MBA grads in financial services often earn six-figure salaries. In 2022, graduates from Stern and Tuck reported median salaries of around $200,000. Some Harvard MBA grads even earned nearly $400,000 in their first year, combining base salary and bonus income.

Roles in venture capital, private equity, and asset management are also high-earning in the finance industry, providing MBA grads the potential to earn well over six figures in these positions.
