PayangoCard

The Visa PayangoCard is a debit card that works like a prepaid credit card. It’s issued by the German BW Bank (Landesbank Baden-Württemberg) and has a straightforward online application process.

Compared to other providers, the fees are a bit different. While the issuing fee is smaller, the yearly fee is higher. Recharging the card via bank transfer is free, but it must be done to a BW Bank account with your credit card number mentioned. The foreign currency fee is only 1.5%, and cash withdrawals have a 2% fee (with a minimum of 2.50 euros).
